Electrical Engineering Manager / PE: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Electrical Engineer (Manager-Level) to lead and support the execution of complex electrical engineering projects. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, and guide a talented team of engineers and designers in delivering high-quality, code-compliant electrical systems for industrial and process facility projects.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conceptual design through construction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, solutions-oriented relationships and ensuring project alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and design staff to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in project deliverables.
  • Develop conceptual and detailed electrical designs including load calculations, equipment selection, and material specifications.
  • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable building codes, and project-specific standards.
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and cost estimates; monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Support procurement and construction activities, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and providing field engineering support as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams and report project status to senior leadership.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in electrical engineering, preferably within industrial or process facilities.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk Inventor and/or Revit.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and electrical system analysis software such as SKM Power Tools or ETAP.
  • Solid technical foundation in electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, motor controls, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally to project sites and company offices.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one.

I&C Manager / PE : Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Department Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers and designers in the successful execution of large-scale industrial and process facility projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for department management, technical oversight, quality control, schedule adherence, and client engagement.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the I&C department, providing technical leadership and project management across multiple initiatives.
  • Oversee development of engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, specifications, and control system designs.
  • Design and implement PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems; validate instrumentation selections to meet process requirements.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
  • Mentor and support engineering staff, offering guidance on technical and project challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align deliverables and expectations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive I&C engineering experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proficient in PLC/DCS systems (Modicon, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Unity Pro, Wonderware, Citect). DCS experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ISA standards, control system design, and industrial communication networks.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mining, engineering-procurement (EP), or EPCM project environments.

Technical Support Engineer: Phoenix, AZ / Portland, OR  (Onsite)
The Technical Support Engineer (Software) manages software-related escalations, coordinating technical, training, and logistical support between customers, field service teams, and internal departments. This role also provides onsite support during equipment escalations within North America and collaborates closely with HQ and cross-functional teams.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for planning, executing, and supporting software-related tasks for semiconductor equipment, including testing, maintenance, analysis, and customer training. This role involves coordinating with HQ, supporting field teams, and managing software revisions and performance data to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Execute and document software testing, risk analysis, and change control.
  • Manage software updates, patches, and version control across equipment types.
  • Support technical teams with log analysis, troubleshooting, and inquiries.
  • Lead or assist in failure analysis with HQ R&D.
  • Train customers on software tools (e.g., analytics, DataViewer).
  • Collect, analyze, and report equipment performance data.
  • Troubleshoot automation systems (e.g., SECS/GEM).
  • Develop best practices, training materials, and support documentation.
  • Visit customer sites for support and performance improvement strategies.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Associate’s degree with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years with semiconductor capital equipment preferred.

The Applications Engineer will assist the sales team with technical expertise throughout the sales process. They define equipment configurations and specifications together with customers and internal resources based on process requirements. They provide strategic guidance to the product development teams within the organization on future product development.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Presents technology to prospective customers during visits, phone conversations and online meetings.
  • Seeks to understand customer requirements (process capability, performance, cost of ownership, etc.) as thoroughly as possible.
  • Develops equipment configurations with the customer and the sales management team.
  • Validates technical equipment performance specifications (acceptance criteria) with customers.
  • Analyzes the scope of work for process demonstrations and contract services.
  • Conducts equipment and process demonstrations with process engineer.
  • Attends trade shows and technical conferences.
  • Creates technical reports and authors technical papers.
  • Researches, collects, and reports information on the ability and capacity of company products and competing.
  • Provides technical application support to customers (remotely and onsite), sales and service staff
  • Aids in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of customers.
  • Responsibilities also include providing equipment functionality and capability reports to the Sales team and acting as technical liaison to the Sales team.
  • Develop understanding of product line.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally overnight, as needed, up to 50% of the time. Must possess a valid passport.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, servicing equipment, and repair of complex electronic and electromechanical equipment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides professional and courteous service to customers with a primary goal of complete customer satisfaction.
  • Assists customers and other personnel in identifying and repairing equipment related process problems.
  • Performs onsite preventative maintenance, clean equipment as required and verify the operational quality of equipment.
  • Performs start-up, warranty, paid service and service contract activities. Performs hardware set-up on specified systems within established time frames.
  • Keeps Management informed of down situations. Reports activities as required.
  • Ability to utilize training skills to troubleshoot tools to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Keeps equipment running properly and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Works overtime and/or travel on short notice, including unscheduled call-outs from home and other shifts, as needed.
  • Troubleshoots and corrects process variations on systems. Diagnoses sources of hardware or process problems on equipment, facilities, or wafers.
  • Recommends appropriate action and maintains ongoing awareness of existing and potential situations; Handles equipment and customer situations while informing Management of developments on a timely basis.
  • Prepares and conducts local customer meetings and communicates orally with customers in face-to-face, one-on-one settings, group settings and communicates professionally by email and telephone, as needed.
  • Prepares and submits all required paperwork on a timely, routine basis.
  • Maintains all assigned equipment logs and records promptly and thoroughly.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering field or up to four (4) years of experience installing/repairing semiconductor/electronic production equipment.
  • Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
  • Ability to communicate and demonstrate professional conduct with all levels of Management, personnel and customers.
  • Must be proficient with PC.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Excel).
  • Experience with semiconductor processes, MEMS fabrication, or IC packaging preferred.

Geologist/Geophysicist/Scientist will be working with site characterization and remediation/military munitions response program. Will be working with the proposal, planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of a wide range of multidisciplinary environmental projects, with a focus on CERCLA/RCRA and munitions response investigation and remediation projects at nationwide sites. 
 
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in geological/environmental sciences.
Strong written and oral communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Willingness to travel out of state for project tasks including field sampling events as required.
Current OSHA HAZWOPER and First Aid/CPR certifications a plus.
Knowledge of site investigation methods and military munitions response is a HUGE plus.​
